Let us show you what customer care means to us. In order to do that we've put together a package that will make your experience with us as pleasant as possible:

• The removal shall take place on the time and date chosen by you. We will not negotiate - our calendar is done by you;
• Delivery on time guarantee: if our team arrive late, we reimburse you L 1.00 per minute, to a max of 60 minutes (don't worry, we'll take it out of their salaries);
• Needless to say, if anything is broken due to our negligence you are fully refunded;
• For each move we offer a dedicated manager who is going to handle all your needs (and when we say ALL, we really mean it);
• No cancellation or change of booking fees (that means you can cancel or postpone it at any time with peace of mind).
